Installation Instructions for Front Fork Oil Seal Dust Cover Compatible with Touring Models 1731 (2013-2016) - Size: 43x55x95mm

Required Tools:

1. Socket wrench set
2. Screwdriver set (Phillips and flathead)
3. Pliers
4. Torque wrench
   5.Clean cloth
5. Motorcycle lift or stand
6. Oil seal driver or suitable tool for installation

Installation Steps:

1. Preparation:

   • Park the motorcycle on a level surface and use a motorcycle lift or stand to secure it.
   • Gather all required tools listed above.

2. Remove Front Wheel:

   • Use the socket wrench to loosen and remove the axle nut.
   • Carefully detach the front wheel from the forks.

3. Access the Forks:

   • Remove any necessary components (such as fenders and brake calipers) to access the fork assembly.
   • Keep track of all removed parts for reinstallation.

4. Remove Old Dust Covers:

   • Carefully pry off the old dust covers from the fork tubes using a flathead screwdriver or pliers.
   • Ensure not to scratch or damage the fork tubes during this process.

5. Clean the Area:

   • Use a clean cloth to wipe down the area around the fork seal to remove any dirt, dust, or debris.

6. Install New Dust Cover:

   • Align the new dust cover with the fork tube and press it into place.
   • For better installation, use an oil seal driver to ensure the cover seats properly without damage.

7. Reassemble Fork Assembly:

   • Replace any components that were removed, like the front wheel, fenders, and brake calipers, ensuring all bolts are tightened to manufacturer specifications using the torque wrench.

9. Test Ride:
