Installation Instructions:

Tools Required:

1. Socket wrench set
2. Screwdriver set

Installation Steps:

1. Preparation:

   • Ensure your motorcycle is placed on a stable surface and secure it on a stand if necessary.
   • Gather all the tools mentioned above.

2. Remove the Front Wheel:

   • Use a socket wrench to remove the front wheel.
   • Carefully detach any brake components that may obstruct wheel removal.

3. Remove the Forks:

   • Loosen and remove the fork clamps using the appropriate sized socket wrench.
   • Gently pull the forks out from the motorcycle frame.

4. Disassemble the Old Dust Cover:

   • Inspect the old dust cover and carefully pry it off using a flathead screwdriver or pliers.
   • Clean the area where the old cover was seated with a clean rag to remove any dirt or debris.

5. Install the New Dust Cover:

   • Take your new front fork oil seal dust cover and align it properly with the fork.
   • Gently press it into place, ensuring it fits snugly. If needed, you can apply a small amount of lubricant for easier installation.

6. Reassemble the Forks:

   • Once the new dust cover is installed, reinsert the forks back into the motorcycle frame.

7. Reinstall the Front Wheel:
