Tools Required:

• Socket set (8mm and 10mm sockets recommended)
  -Torque wrench
• Flathead screwdriver
• Phillips screwdriver
  -Pliers
• Adjustable wrench

Installation Steps:

1. Preparation:

   • Ensure the scooter is on a flat, stable surface and the engine is turned off and cool.
   • Wear safety goggles and work gloves to protect yourself during the installation.

2. Remove the Variator Cover:

   • Locate the variator cover (usually on the side of the engine).
   • Use the appropriate screwdriver to remove the screws securing the cover.
   • Gently pull the cover away from the engine and set it aside.

3. Remove the Old Drive Belt:

   • Use the pliers to hold the variator assembly in place.
   • Loosen the nut on the variator using the socket wrench.
   • Carefully remove the variator and the old drive belt from the engine.
   • Inspect the variator and roller weights for wear, and replace if necessary.

4. Install the New CVT Drive Belt:

   • Take the new CVT drive belt and place it around the engine’s drive pulley.

5. Reassemble the Variator:
