Installation Steps:

1. Preparation:

   • Ensure you have the following tools ready:
     • Socket wrench set
     • Screwdriver set (flat and Phillips)
     • Torque wrench
     • Pliers
     • Seal removal tool (optional, but recommended)
     • Clean rag or towel
     • Grease or assembly lube

2. Remove the Front Wheel:

   • Use the socket wrench to loosen and remove the front wheel bolts.
   • Carefully detach the front wheel from the motorcycle and set it aside.

3. Access the Forks:

   • Remove the fork clamps using the appropriate socket size.
   • Gently slide the forks out of the triple clamp.

4. Remove Old Seals:

   • Using a seal removal tool or pliers, carefully pry out the old damper oil seals and dust covers from the forks.
   • Be cautious not to damage the fork tubes during this process.

5. Clean the Forks:

   • Wipe down the fork tubes with a clean rag to remove any dirt, grease, or debris.
   • Ensure the surfaces are clean for proper sealing.

6. Install New Seals:

   • Apply a light layer of grease to the inside of the new oil seals and dust covers. This will help with installation and prolong their lifespan.
   • Carefully press the new seals and dust covers into place using a flat surface to ensure even installation.

7. Reassemble the Forks:

   • Slide the forks back into the triple clamp and tighten them according to the manufacturer’s specifications using a torque wrench.

8. Reattach the Front Wheel:

   • Position the front wheel back onto the forks and secure it with the wheel bolts.
   • Tighten them properly with a socket wrench.

9. Final Checks:

   • Inspect your work to ensure everything is in place and properly tightened.
   • Test the suspension by compressing the forks to ensure smooth operation.
