Installation Instructions for Universal 15mm Carburetor Kit for 43cc, 49cc, and 52cc Chainsaws

Tools Required:

1. Screwdriver (Flahead and Phillips)
2. Wrench set
3. Pliers
4. Clean clothes
5. Fuel line cutter (optional)
6. Torque wrench (if necessary)

Installation Steps:

1. Preparation:

   • Ensure the chainsaw is turned off and disconnected from the power source.
   • Allow the engine to cool down before starting the installation process.

2. Remove the Old Carburetor:

   • Use a screwdriver to remove any screws or bolts securing the air filter cover.
   • Remove the air filter and set it aside.
   • Disconnect the fuel lines carefully (using pliers if needed) to avoid spillage.
   • Unscrew the mounting screws holding the old carburetor in place.
   • Lift off the old carburetor from the engine.

3. Install the New Carburetor:

   • Align the new 15mm carburetor with the mounting points on the engine.
   • Secure the carburetor using the screws or bolts you previously removed.
   • Make sure it is snug but be careful not to overtighten.

4. Connect Fuel Lines:

   • Attach the fuel lines to the new carburetor, ensuring they are tight and secure to prevent leaks.
   • If necessary, use a fuel line cutter for a clean cut.

5. Reassemble the Air Filter:

   • Place the air filter back into its designed position.
   • Reattach the air filter cover and fasten it with the screws or bolts.

6. Final Check:

   • Inspection all connections to ensure they are secure and there are no fuel leaks.
   • Clean any spilled fuel with a clean clothes.

7. Test the Chainsaw:

   • Reconnect the power source and start the chainsaw.
   • Allow it to warm up and check for smooth operation.
