Installation Instructions for 38x50x11 Front Fork Dust Seal and Oil Seal

Compatible Motorbike Models:

Tools Required:

1. Socket Wrench Set: To remove and install bolts and nuts on the front fork assembly.

4. Pliers: For gripping and pulling components if necessary.

5. Seal Puller Tool (Optional): To help remove the old seals if they are difficult to extract.

6. Pastry Knife or Utility Knife: For carefully scraping away old sealant or dirt.

7. Rag or Clean Cloth: To clean surfaces and remove old oil or dirt.

8. Grease: Ensure that you have fresh grease to apply on the seals for better fitting.

Installation Steps:

1. Preparation:

2. Remove the Front Fork:

   • Use the socket wrench to loosen and remove the front axle and any components securing the front fork.
   • Carefully slide the fork tubes out of the triple clamp.

3. Remove Old Seals:

   • Using a seal puller or flathead screwdriver, carefully pry out the old dust seal and oil seal from the fork.

4. Clean the Fork Tubes:

   • Wipe the surface of the fork tubes with a rag to remove dirt and oil. Ensure the area is clean before installing the new seals.
