Product Installation Instructions for Air Filter Cleaner Purifier

Compatible Models:
2009-2012 F 650 GS, F700, 800 GS, F800 GT

Tools Needed:

1. Socket wrench set
2. Screwdrivers (flathead and Phillips)
   3.Clean cloth or rag
3. Air filter cleaner (the product you are installing)
4. Gloves (optional, for cleanliness)
5. Parts tray (for screws and small components)

Installation Steps:

1. Preparation:

   • Ensure the motorcycle is parked on a stable surface and the engine is cool.
   • Gather all the necessary tools and the air filter cleaner.

2. Remove the Air Filter Cover:

   • Use the appropriate screwdriver or socket wrench to remove any screws or bolts securing the air filter cover.
   • Carefully take off the cover and set it aside.

3. Remove the Air Filter:

   • Take out the air filter from its compartment.
   • Inspect the filter for dirt and debris. If it is excessively dirty, consider replacing it.

4. Clean the Air Filter:

   • Apply the air filter cleaner directly onto the filter.
   • Follow the instructions provided on the cleaner for the best results. Allow it to sit for the recommended time.

5. Wipe the Air Filter Compartment:

   • Use a clean cloth or rag to wipe down the area where the air filter sits, removing any dust or debris.

6. Reinstall the Air Filter:

   • Once the cleaner has done its job and the filter is dry, reinstall the air filter back into its compartment.

7. Replace the Air Filter Cover:

   • Secure the air filter cover back in place using the screws or bolts that were removed earlier.

8. Final Check:

   • Ensure all components are tightened and properly secured.
   • Check that there are no loose parts before starting your motorcycle.

9. Start the Engine:

   • Start the motorcycle and allow the engine to idle for a few minutes.
   • Observe for any irregular sounds and ensure proper performance.
