Installation Instructions for PZ28 CJ-K750 Motorcycle Carburetor

Tools Required:

1. 10mm Socket Wrench
2. Flathead Screwdriver
3. Phillips Screwdriver
4. Pliers
5. Fuel Line Cutter
   6.Cleaning Cloth
6. Safety Goggles
   8.Gloves
7. Torque Wrench (optional)

Installation Steps:

1. Preparation:

   • Ensure the motorcycle is on a stable surface and the engine is turned off and cool.
   • Wear safety goggles and gloves for protection.

2. Remove the Old Carburetor:

   • Disconnect the fuel line from the old carburetor using pliers and a fuel line cutter if necessary.
   • Use the flathead screwdriver to loosen and remove the clamps holding the carburetor in place.
   • Unscrew the carburetor from the intake manifold using the 10mm socket wrench.
   • Carefully remove the old carburetor and ensure there are no debris left in the intake manifold.

3. Install the New Carburetor:

   • Position the PZ28 CJ-K750 carburetor onto the intake manifold.
   • Secure it in place using the 10mm socket wrench, ensuring it is tightened to the manufacturer’s specifications (use a torque wrench if available).
   • Reattach and tighten the clamps to secure the carburetor.

4. Reconnect the Fuel Line:

   • Connect the fuel line to the new carburetor, ensuring it is secure to prevent leaks.
   • Check the alignment of the fuel line to avoid any kinks.

5. Final Checks:

   • Double-check all connections and ensure everything is properly secured.
   • Clean any spills or fuel residue using a cleaning cloth.

6. Testing:

   • Turn on the fuel valve and start the motorcycle engine.
   • Allow it to idle and check for any leaks around the carburetor and fuel connections.
   • Adjust the carburetor settings as needed for optimal performance.
