Installation Instructions for Fuel Pump Compatible with 500cc Motorcycle Engines

Tools Required:

Installation Steps:

1. Safety First: Ensure the motorcycle is on a stable surface. Disconnect the battery to prevent any electrical issues.
2. Prepare for Removal: Place a container beneath the fuel pump area to catch any fuel that may spill out.
3. Access the Fuel Pump: Remove any body panels or components blocking access to the fuel pump.
4. Disconnect Fuel Lines: Carefully disconnect the fuel lines from the old fuel pump using the appropriate tools. If necessary, use the fuel line disconnect tool for a safe removal.
5. Remove Old Fuel Pump: Unscrew the mounting bolts using the socket wrench and remove the old fuel pump from its housing.
