Product Installation Instructions for Motorcycle Oil Filter Set

Compatible Models:

• Euro 350 (2001-2012)

Installation Tools Needed:

1. Basic Tools:
   -Socket wrench set

   • Oil filter wrench (optional, but recommended)
   • Screwdriver set (Philips and flathead)

2. Additional Supplies:

   • New oil filter(s)
   • Engine oil (appropriate type and quantity for your motorcycle)
   • Oil catch pan or container
     -Clean rags or paper towels
   • Funnel (optional)

3. Safety Gear:

   • Gloves (to keep hands clean)
   • Safety goggles (to protect eyes)

Installation Steps:

1. Preparation:

   • Ensure the motorcycle is on a stable surface and turned off.
   • Allow the engine to cool down if it has been running.

2. Remove Old Oil Filter:

   • Place the oil catch pan beneath the engine to collect any oil spills.
   • Use the oil filter wrench to loosen and remove the old oil filter.

3. Install New Oil Filter:

   • Apply a small amount of new engine oil to the rubber O-ring of the new oil filter to ensure a proper seal.
   • Screw the new oil filter into place by hand until snug (do not over-tighten).

4. Change Engine Oil:

   • Remove the oil drain plug with the socket wrench and allow old oil to drain completely into the catch pan.
   • Replace the oil drain plug and tighten properly.

5. Add New Engine Oil:

   • Remove the oil filler cap and use a funnel to add new engine oil.
   • Refer to your motorcycle's manual for the correct oil type and quantity.

6. Final Checks:

   • Start the motorcycle and let it run for a few minutes. Check for any leaks around the oil filter and drain plug.
   • Turn off the engine and check the oil level using the dipstick. Add more oil if necessary.

7. Clean Up:

   • Properly dispose of the old oil and oil filter according to local regulations.
   • Clean any spills and ensure the workspace is tidy.
