Installation Instructions for Motorcycle Air Filter Intake Cleaner for DR650 DR 650 DR650S DR650SE Models from 1996 to 2017

Required Tools:

• A screwdriver (preferably a Torx or Allen wrench)
• A pair of gloves (to prevent oil and dirt from getting on your hands)
• A soft brush or cloth (for cleaning the air filter)
• A cleaning solution (if necessary, depending on the type of filter and level of dirt)
• A clean, dry cloth (for drying the air filter after cleaning)
• The Motorcycle Air Filter Intake Cleaner (provided with the product)

Step 1: Prepare the Area

1. Choose a well-ventilated area to work in, away from any flammable materials.
2. Remove any accessories or trim pieces that may interfere with the air filter.

Step 2: Locate the Air Filter

1. Find the air filter housing on your motorcycle. It is usually located on the left side of the engine.
2. Open the air filter housing by removing the screws or clips that hold it in place.

Step 3: Remove the Old Air Filter

1. Gently pull out the old air filter from the housing.
2. Inspect the old filter for any debris or dirt.
3. Clean or replace the old filter, if necessary.

Step 4: Install the New Air Filter

1. Take the new air filter and insert it into the housing.
2. Make sure it is properly seated and secure.

Step 5: Reassemble the Air Filter Housing

1. Replace any screws or clips that you removed in Step 2.
2. Close the air filter housing.

Step 6: Test the Air Filter

1. Turn on the engine and check for any leaks or unusual noises.
2. Test the motorcycle to ensure proper performance.
