Installation Steps:

  1. Preparation:

    • Ensure you have all the necessary tools and safety gear.
    • Disconnect the motorcycle battery to prevent any electrical issues.
  2. Remove the Engine Cover:

    • Use the socket wrench and screwdrivers to remove any screws or bolts securing the engine cover. Carefully set the cover aside.
  3. Remove the Old Piston:

    • Disconnect any components obstructing the piston removal (e.g., cylinder head).
    • Use a piston ring compressor to carefully remove the old piston and rings from the cylinder.
  4. Clean the Cylinder:

    • Use the engine degreaser and cloths to clean the cylinder, ensuring all debris and oil residues are removed.
  5. Install the New Piston and Rings:

    • Install the new piston rings onto the new piston according to the manufacturer's specifications.
