Installation Instructions for Compatible Carburetor Manifold Intake Pipe Gasket Spacer Seal Set

Tools Needed:

1. Basic Tool Kit:

   • Phillips screwdriver
   • Flathead screwdriver
   • Adjustable wrench or socket set
     -Pliers

2. Cleaning Supplies:
   -Cleaning rag or paper towels

   • Carburetor cleaner or degreaser

3. Safety Gear:

   • Gloves
   • Safety goggles

Installation Steps:

1. Preparation:

   • Ensure the engine is cool and the motorcycle is stable.
   • Disconnect the battery or turn off the fuel supply to prevent any accidents.

2. Remove the Old Gasket:

   • Using your screwdriver, remove the screws/bolts securing the carburetor to the manifold.
   • Carefully detach the carburetor while ensuring not to damage any attached hoses or cables.
   • Remove the old gasket, cleaning the mating surfaces with the carburetor cleaner and rag to ensure there are no debris or old gasket remnants left.

3. Install the New Gasket Spacer Set:

   • Take the new gasket spacer and align it with the carburetor and intake pipe based on the inner diameter (25mm or 26mm).
   • Ensure that the gasket sits evenly on the manifold.

4. Reattach the Carburetor:

   • Carefully place the carburetor back onto the intake pipe.
   • Secure the carburetor using screws/bolts, tightening them evenly to avoid warping.

5. Final Checks:

   • Check all connections, ensuring hoses are secure and there are no fuel leaks.
   • Reconnect the battery or turn on the fuel supply.

6. Testing:

   • Start the engine and let it idle for a few minutes.
   • Observe the engine performance. If there are any abnormal sounds or leaks, turn off the engine and double-check the installation.
