Installation Instructions for Stator Coil Compatible with 2018-2020 CRF250, CRF250R, and CRF250RK Models

Required Tools:

1. Socket set (including 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm sockets)
2. Torque wrench
3. Screwdriver set (Phillips and flathead)
4. Pliers
5. Wire cutters/strippers
6. Electrical tape
   7.Clean cloth or rags
7. Safety gloves and goggles

Installation Steps:

1. Preparation:

   • Ensure your motorcycle is parked on a stable surface and the engine is cool.
   • Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery to prevent any electrical short during installation.

2. Remove the Side Cover:

   • Use the appropriate socket to remove the bolts securing the side cover of the engine.
   • Carefully pry off the side cover using a flathead screwdriver if necessary.

3. Access the Stator:

   • Once the side cover is removed, locate the existing stator coil.
   • Use the socket set to remove the bolts securing the stator in place.

4. Disconnect Wiring:

   • Carefully disconnect the wiring harness connected to the old stator.
   • Use wire cutters/strippers if necessary to expose more wire for easier disconnection.

5. Install the New Stator Coil:

   • Position the new stator coil in place, aligning it with the mounting holes.
   • Securely fasten it using the original bolts, ensuring proper torque settings as per motorcycle your's specifications.

6. Reconnect Wiring:

   • Connect the wiring harness to the new stator coil, ensuring all connections are secure and insulated with electrical tape as needed.

7. Reattach the Side Cover:

   • Replace the side cover and secure it with the bolts you previously removed.
   • Ensure that it is tightly fitted to prevent any leaks.

8. Reconnect the Battery:

   • Reconnect the negative terminal of the battery and ensure it is tight.

9. Final Check:

   • Inspect all connections and ensure that everything is in place.
   • Start the motorcycle and check for proper operation.

10. Clean Up:

    • Clean any spills and tidy the workspace, ensuring tools are put away.
