Installation Instructions for Tilt Trim Motor

Compatible Models:

• Suitable for 150HP, 175HP, 200HP, and 250HP outboards including models F150TLR, F150TXR, LF150TXR 12, and F150TJR 11.

Tools Required:

1. Socket Wrench Set - To remove and tighten mounting bolts.
2. Screwdriver Set - For any screws that require removal.
3. Pliers - To help with gripping and twisting.
4. Torque Wrench - To ensure bolts are properly tightened to manufacturer specifications.
5. Sealant - If necessary, to prevent water ingress.
6. Clean Cloth - For cleaning surfaces before installation.
7. Safety Gear - Such as gloves and safety glasses.

Installation Steps:

1. Preparation:

   • Ensure the boat is moored securely.
   • Disconnect the battery to prevent any electrical issues during the installation.

2. Remove the Old Tilt Trim Motor:

   • Use the socket wrench to remove the bolts securing the old motor.
   • Carefully disconnect electrical wires and take note of their arrangement for reinstallation.

3. Clean the Area:

4. Install the New Tilt Trim Motor:
