Installation Instructions for 6 Pieces Rear Wheel Damper Sprocket Buffer Block

-Socket Wrench Set
-Torque Wrench
-Screwdriver Set

Installation Steps:

1. Preparation:

   • Carefully detach the rear wheel from the motorcycle frame by pulling it straight out.

3. Remove Old Buffer Blocks:

   • Locate the old damper sprocket buffer blocks attached to the wheel hub.
   • Use pliers or a screwdriver to remove any screws or fasteners holding them in place.
   • Discard the old buffer blocks.

4. Install New Buffer Blocks:

   • Take the new rear wheel damper sprocket buffer blocks from the package.
   • Position them in the same location as the old blocks were installed.
   • Secure the new buffer blocks using the appropriate screws or fasteners.

5. Reattach the Rear Wheel:

   • Carefully align the rear wheel with the motorcycle frame.
   • Insert the axle and tighten the axle nut using the socket wrench.
   • Make sure to use the torque wrench to secure the nut to the manufacturer’s specifications.

6. Final Check:

   • Inspect the installation to ensure all parts are secure.
   • Wipe any excess lubricant off the surrounding areas with a clean cloth.

7. Test Ride:

   • Start the motorcycle and take a short test ride to ensure everything is functioning properly.
   • Pay attention to the comfort and stability while riding.
